American Corner Retail and Logistics Park is the first and largest project of its kind in Estonia and will bring a wide offering of retail goods and modern logistics solutions to the market.

The park will provide both retail and logistics uses on this large site but both will be kept distinctly separate using buffer zones, landscaping and different access solutions. The park will be designed to fit sympathetically with its surroundings and be environmentally friendly using sustainable materials and building methods. Construction is due to start in 2011.  The intention is to attract international, regional and local tenants to this excellent location which is capital city of an EU member country.
